About Our Inspector

Michael J. Ehlinger began his construction career in Broward County in 1970 as a plasterer, block mason, form carpenter, and concrete finisher. In 1978, Mike designed and built his first project—Woodview Homes. In 1991, after 20 years of performing all types of commercial and residential construction, Mike realized the need for qualified inspectors. Since then, he has performed thousands of inspections.
